Finding/Creating Freedom

Are you unhappy? Do you feel something is pushing you around, just like you are a puppet? Do you feel angry, afraid, and/or blocked in by a brick wall? Any way you look at it, you sure don’t feel free.

There are some simple and powerful ways to create freedom in your life:

  1. Letting go – be present with your anger, fear, or the wall that blocks you in. Remember your intent is important. Your intent is to move on.

  2. Time for moving on – as it’s time for moving on, put you eyes on what you desire or what will satisfy. Look for what you need.

  3. Inviting in that extra beauty/joy – this would be exactly what you need, this something else that is sweeter than what you have known before.
